Cuvana Electronic Cigar Review
I am so exited to try this electronic cigar by the Cuvana brand. Actually went on their website to buy an e cigarette starter pack and saw they sold e-cigars as well, just had to try it! So, here is the rundown and stats plus my personal review of what I think of this e cigar.
Cuvana Electronic Cigar:
- Battery: disposable (2,000 puffs/2 year shelf life)
- LED Tip: Orange ash (very realistic)
- Nicotine Strength: 0mg, 12mg, or 18mg
- Flavor: Cuban/Havana tobacco mix
- Cost: $30.00 for 1 disposable e cigar | $240.00 for a box of 10 disposable e cigars (more choices available)
This electronic cigar is ready to go right out of the box, just pull the rubbery tab out on the inhale tip and start puffing away. so that’s what I did. Guess what? The dang thing tasted just like a real cigar! I’ve been vaping for years, but this e-cigar really was a treat to behold. It feels like a cigar too, with a realistic leaf rolled look & feel.
The Cuvana is a disposable electronic cigar (with patented ‘Smart Chip’ battery technology), but don’t let that fool you because it will last a whopping 1,800 puffs plus it has a 2 year shelf life. So you can stoke on it anytime you want and not have to worry about it. When you are not vaping it, just put it back in the box to keep it fresh.
I know what you’re thinking, and you’re right, how could any dedicated cigar aficionado like this “fake” cigar? Well, all I can say is this – if you like the cigar taste but not the smoke and stink it leaves behind – then you will love this electronic cigar. Surely your spouse will not be nagging at you when your vape this cigar inside your home, because it leaves no odor, just a slight hint for a few seconds until the vapor dissipates.
This Cuvana electronic cigar comes in 3 strengths of nicotine: 0, 12, or 18 mg. It’s your choice. And if you order their 10 count e cigar box, you can mix and match the nicotine strength on the order page.
Ingredients in the Cuvana electronic cigar:
- Active ingredient: nicotine.
- Other ingredient: water, vegetable glycerin, propylene glycol, Cuban/Havana mix cigar flavor.
Truth be told, this e cigar is amazing. I can have my friends over and smoke these electric cigars without having our ladies nag us for stinking up the joint. Watching the fights and puffing away is going to be an ongoing ritual with my buddies along with an alcoholic beverage of course.
Even if you are little bit curious, ya just gotta try it, just the fun factor of showing this electronic cigar to your friends will be a hoot. Look at these pros and cons below.
Pros:
- Extremely realistic! This electronic cigar looks, feels, and taste like a real cigar right down to the glowing LED ash tip on the end. The taste is a Cuban cigar no doubt, with a mix of Havana under tones, and produces a nice cloud of vapor.
- It’s fairly cheap at $30 since it has such a long shelf life and puff capacity. You can smoke (vape) it indoors and not have your spouse or kids whining about the stink.
Cons:
- It’s not a real cigar. Nothing like the real thing but pretty damn close… Even though it has that tobacco leaf look, I wish there was a taste associated with that as well. Also, a more squishy tip would be welcome so I can bite on it like a real cigar. Even though the “Cuban – Havana” flavor is right on the money, I would like to see more flavor variety.
We have showcased the best electronic cigarette brands here, so this e cigar deserved it’s own review.
So far, this is the best disposable electronic cigar I have tasted. You got to remember, one Cuvana is not equal to one cigar, since it’s an electronic cigar is is more equal to 30- 40 cigars depending on what type of puffer you are. So in a sense, the cost factor is about $1 per real cigar. Something like that anyway.
So yeah, I love it! I’m not of huge cigar lover but I do like to enjoy one form time to time and having this electronic cigar in my vaping stable is a must!
4 choices: single, or box of 5, box of 10, box of 20. Gotta try it! Pass em out to your buds at a party or Sunday BBQ!
